About these terms

These terms explain the permitted use of the Pixel & Wire website. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

Visiting this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for managed IT services. Any future managed IT, consultancy, security, remote-support or other commercial services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

02

Using the website

You may browse, link to and print or download reasonable extracts for your own reference or internal business use. Keep any ownership notices and do not present our material as your own or imply an endorsement from Pixel & Wire.

Do not misuse the site by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, sending unlawful or abusive material, or using the enquiry form for spam. Do not infringe another person’s rights or use the site for unlawful activity.

03

Intellectual property

The website’s content, branding and design belong to Pixel & Wire or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Uses beyond the permission above require the relevant owner’s permission, except where the law allows otherwise.

04

Information and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it is general information rather than advice tailored to your circumstances. Confirm details with us before relying on them for a business decision.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will always be complete or current. Descriptions of planned services are not commitments to supply them.

05

External links

Links to other websites are provided for reference. We do not control those websites or their availability, content or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply our endorsement.

06

Enquiries

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords or other access credentials through the enquiry form.

A submission confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not mean we have accepted work or agreed a scope, fee or response time. We will discuss any proposed work with you separately.

07

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to that protection and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or business opportunities arising from use of this general-information website, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Responsibility for paid services will be addressed in the separate service agreement.

08

Changes

We may change the website and these terms. The current version is available on this page with its last-updated date. Changes to these website terms do not change any separate written service agreement.

09

Law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to rely on local protections or bring proceedings elsewhere.
